CHEF/RETAIL POSITION: FULL TIME
We have a FULL TIME Chef/Retail Sales position available starting ASAP. Room and board can be provided on farm. Suitable candidate must be self-motivated, hard working, enthusiastic and interested in REAL, GOOD FOOD. Suitable candidate will assist us in developing our new dynamic menu featuring fresh, local naturally raised meats and produce. MUST have culinary training. Duties may include:
-developing new menu
-daily cooking, baking and special events catering
-serving cafe and retail butcher shop customers
-ordering retail locally made products
-meat cutting/wrapping
-assisting with Farmer’s Markets
