Mark "The Meat Man" Taylor
Mark “The Meat Man” Taylor manages the meat store, manages the pigs, and manages to retain his composure and sanity. I’m not sure how he manages! Mark has a MSc in Science from the University of Saskatchewan where he studied canola and nectar production. Click here to see Mark’s qualifications. When he is not busy with the store and farm he enjoys spending time with his little boys, reading (Stephen King is his favourite), playing slow pitch or rec league hockey.
Tamara "The Farm Queen" Taylor
Tamara’s passion first and foremost is the farm. The store was born as a means to make the farm sustainable. Tamara has a BSA degree in Animal Science from the University of Saskatchewan. Tamara manages the small ruminants, dairy cattle, rabbits, chickens and horses. Oh yeah, and the little boys! Tamara is enthusiastic about agriculture as a viable and sustainable career choice and is very active in the industry. Click here to see Tamara’s qualifications. When Tamara isn’t busy with the farm, family or business she loves playing with her kids, riding dressage or watching movies with her hubby and Boston Terrier, Fetchy.
