Mark “The Meat Man” Taylor manages the meat store, manages the pigs, and manages to retain his composure and sanity. I’m not sure how he manages! Mark has a MSc in Science from the University of Saskatchewan where he studied canola and nectar production. When he is not busy with the store and farm he enjoys spending time with his little boys, reading (Stephen King is his favourite), playing slow pitch or rec league hockey. Mark is the glue that holds Ravenwood together and keeps it running smoothly.
